National College of Ireland (NCI) is a half-public and half-private institution founded in 1951. It is located in the International Financial Services Center (IFSC) at the heart of Dublin,as well as adjacent to the European headquarters of many international companies. The BA human resources management of the business school is the largest training base of CIPD in Ireland.
